Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great for those wanting a central spot in Soller, but the noise from the air vents in the top-floor room was quite bothersome. The service provided helpful recommendations and assistance during the stay, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff and management was evident. The dining experience offered excellent fresh produce each morning, yet the late breakfast timing and layout of the bathroom were minor inconveniences.
